Being a chef is no easy job. Here one has to be “physical” all the time – keep on your feet most of the time, stir, knead, chop food, handle a kitchen staff of at least 20 – 30 people, (sometimes) handle orders from customers, and all this in an environment that is hot, not only from flaming tempers but also the real heat of ovens and gas burners.
